Born and raised on the southeast side of Columbus, Ohio, Jerreau pronounced (Je-Row) found solace in music to escape the violence of his neighborhood. Growing up with parents who had a love for music, he was introduced to all genres at a young age. Growing up in the inner city also forced Jerreau to develop the “do it yourself attitude.” From teaching himself to make beats or directing and editing his own videos when need be, he has always believed in creating opportunities for yourself while waiting for others to catch up. For years, he was a member of Columbus based rap group Fly Union, releasing several albums and EP’s. Working with the likes of Big Sean, Dom Kennedy, Currency, Samsung and NBA 2K. Also completing a nationwide tour with Kendrick Lamar and BET Music Matters. Jerreau has now relocated to LA to pursue his solo career releasing his first project Never How You Plan. Jerreau believes in organic interactions and always being true to your own experiences. You will find that honesty in all of his lyrics, allowing you to get to know a real artist where everyone can relate. Music is his first love, but don’t be surprised if you see Jerreau involved in other projects; his creativity surpasses his musical range.
