SNS: First of all, Happy Birthday, finally 18. How did you celebrate?

Simeon: I celebrated my birthday with my loved ones. My crew planned a surprise party where all my friends and family scared me shook haha i didn’t know what to react, either happy or slapping somebody, but one thing was for sure, I felt blessed to have a family that took they’re own precious time to arrange a surprise party for me. I appreciate them a lot.

SNS: Last year you released your debut song “Kan Du,” an R&B banger, but for everyone that hasn’t heard your tracks yet, please introduce yourself.

Simeon: I’m an 18 year old R&B artist living in Stockholm and currently working on my future project that I can’t wait too show all my fans. I get my inspiration from generations of R&B, from oldschool to newschool, but if I would choose specific artists that I grab a lot of visions from would probably be Joe and D’Angelo but also usher, Chris breezy, J Holiday, Trey Songs, Neyo and lots of more artists. My goal in my music is too create a type of feeling you get when you come home after a long day in school, work or whatever. I want my fans (family) too feel a type of comfort listening too my music anytime, anywhere.

SNS: You grew up in Tensta, tell us a bit about your childhood growing up in the north of Stockholm.

Simeon: First and foremost, I have nothing but love for my hometown, it raised me to become the man i am today. Just to live in a place where there’s no limit on culture gives you a bigger perspective on everything and makes you a lot more knowledgeable to adapt and accept. A place where you can open your window and get all the worlds music. Of course I’ve been through a lot during my life just because I’m from Tensta, seeing things I shouldn’t be seeing but during my time as a young kid, but like i said earlier, it made me who i am today. I’m proud of the man i am today.

SNS: Talking about your neighborhood, which team do you support in Stockholm?

Simeon: AIK all the way!

SNS: How did you meet and start working with the NBL crew?

Simeon: Before i met Pato and joined the NBL crew, i was working on my craft independent. I was going to a place called Blå huset where i used their studio to perfect my craft. While working on my music i put out short one minute videos in my instagram to try to build up some kind of fan base and it worked so i got a idea from a friend of mine to make a remix of wild thoughts by DJ Khaled for my fans. After putting the remix out i got mad love and one dm request, it was Pato. He asked me if i wanted to work with him and pooow! I was in NBL.

SNS: You just released your latest song “Lil’ baby,” what is next?

Simeon: Haha i cant tell you that but lets just say its a banger
