SNS Café Tokyo

The newly established bistro is a melting pot of American, Swedish and European cuisine while influenced and prepared by chefs in Japan. Through this idea of culinary fusion, mixed with Japanese cooking, ingredients, cuisine and flavors - the menu of unpretentious food items highlight a deep affinity for quality and intention.

The SNS Café is designed by the SNS design team in collaboration with Jenny Askenfors of Bofink Design Studio, with the interior being a burst of cultural combinations. Leaning on the duality of the Scandinavian and Japanese cultures, the aesthetic features elements such as furniture by Grythyttan, Bumling lamps by Swedish company Ateljé Lyktan, custom tiles by Mander, Artek chairs with custom leather seats in M90 camo that can be found across all SNS locations globally along with a deep attention to detail throughout.

The bistro also features the SNS Book Club, a curated selection of books that’s inspired the brand, a listening station with music picked by SNS crew around the world, space for rotating art exhibitions and a community board section with latest news and happenings from the SNS World. The SNS Café also features a Gift Shop with exclusive SNS Brand Tokyo items ranging from apparel to house goods, designed in Sweden.

While practicing safe social distancing and abiding by the precautions advised by the local government, the SNS Café Tokyo will adhere to Covid-19 guidelines including a wide offering of menu items available for take out. The restaurant will be open daytime the first month, then extend opening hours to evenings.

SNS Café Tokyo - quote
“To invite someone over for dinner is a very personal and intimate gesture, and that is exactly what we want to do here. To us, this is more than just a restaurant. This is an invitation into SNS and its kitchen.”
