SNS x Plus 1 Radio: International Women's Day Stream

On Saturday, we had the pleasure of collaborating with London-based platform Plus 1 Radio to host a live stream in celebration of International Women's Day, and whilst IWD is celebrated on 8th of March every year, we at SNS believe women should be highlighted and elevated all year round.

The line-up was made up of some of our favourite DJs in the city, who played a diverse range of musical genres including Afrobeats, Amapiano, Dancehall, Garage, and MENA trap to name a few. And their sets were accompanied by equally talented creatives who produced the visuals for the stream including Sumara Laika, who designed the amazing graphics seen above, and Ayshe Zaifoglu, who shot & edited the stream.

We would like to say a big thank you to the DJs (Cvss, Jay Dolce, Jess Ajose, Matty Chiabi, G33, Mercedes Benson, Nooriyah, Taylah Elaine) for coming through to run some riddims, the creatives involved in the production side of things, and last but not least, everyone who shared and tuned in to the stream - we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did!
