If you look closely, you will see that the new 650 silhouette from New Balance is the hi-top counterpart to the super popular New Balance 550. Inspired by 1980s hardwood basketball sneakers, the 650 is like the 550, a streamlined retro sneaker with leather construction and soft cautioning, raw edged leather eyerow and a molded foam midsole. First seen via Aimé Leon Dore, the inline colorways stay true to the vintage appeal of previous models featuring hits of yellow and purple.
