Recycle For Sneakers

It’s almost exactly 22 years ago since we opened up our very first store in Stockholm. Since the very first day, adidas Stan Smith has been the bread and butter for our business. A truly timeless sneaker icon that we hold close to our hearts. Now, adidas Originals are taking further sustainability initiatives by changing the production of the Stan Smith, by using recycled polyester, making the Stan Smith silhouette more timeless than ever, without sacrificing the look of the beloved icon.

To celebrate the release of the somewhat new, yet so familiar silhouette we are heading back to our dear hometown of Stockholm for our next grand opening. A recycling station in central Stockholm. Yes, you read that right!

Between April 26th - May 9th, you can Recycle For Sneakers at Folkungagatan 114-116 in Stockholm. In exchange for your recycled PET-bottles, you’ll get a 10% discount on a pair of adidas Stan Smith OG PRIMEGREEN, made with recycled polyester.
